Dye Tavary, and Judge Real Estate first started as an insurance and real estate business. When Shawn’s husband passed in 2018, she took over the real estate side of the business after retiring from a 37 yr. teaching career. For the last 9 years, Shawn and her team have grown and still pride themselves on helping their customers find or sell the perfect home/property! Shawn
Shawn, the owner of Dye Tavary, and Judge Real Estate, brings a unique background to the industry. With 32 years of experience as a dedicated teacher, she made a successful transition into real estate while still teaching and running a catering business on the side. Taking over the business after her husband's passing in 2018, Shawn embraced the new adventure with enthusiasm, attributing her success to hard work and the guiding presence of God. Her teaching background instills a nurturing and patient approach to her real estate endeavors, focusing on building relationships and creating positive and memorable experiences for each client. Shawn's journey from teacher to business owner showcases her resilience and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service through Dye, Tavary and Judge Real Estate.
Bruce
Bruce is a licensed Broker at Dye, Tavary and Judge Real Estate. He takes pride in ensuring that every client's experience with Dye Tavary is one they will fondly remember. His goal is to establish a strong rapport with each client, making the homebuying process effortless and minimizing any stress. With extensive training in property, Bruce is equipped to assist you in finding or selling property in Cut Bank, MT. His expertise and dedication will guide you through the journey, making it a seamless and enjoyable experience.

As a fifth-generation Hi-Liner with deep roots in Montana, I bring a lifelong connection to the communities, people, and values that make this region such a special place to call home. Growing up in the Hi-Line taught me the importance of hard work, integrity, and building lasting relationships—qualities that guide me every day in my real estate career.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent many years as an educator, helping students and families achieve their goals. My experience as a teacher strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail, patience, and commitment to serving others. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important decisions, and I take pride in educating and guiding my clients through every step of the process.
As a new real estate professional, I combine fresh energy, strong local knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right place to call home.
